About Serenita

Relationships come before solutions

At Serenita, we believe meaningful change begins when people feel genuinely seen, heard and understood. Before searching for answers, we create space for the person, their story and the relationships that shape their world.

Our story

Serenita grew from years of working alongside children, families, professionals and organisations, and from one simple observation: meaningful change rarely begins with having all the answers. It begins when people feel safe enough to be heard, understood and valued.

Bringing together counselling, professional development and consultancy, Serenita was created as a space where human connection remains at the heart of healing, learning and growth.

Our philosophy

People grow through connection, not judgement

Our work is grounded in creating relationships and environments where people feel safe enough to be themselves, understood enough to explore and empowered enough to grow.

  1. 01

    People before labels.

We see the person beyond the behaviour, diagnosis, role or circumstance.

  2. 02

    Curiosity before judgement.

We seek to understand what lies beneath before deciding what something means.

  3. 03

    Relationships before solutions.

We believe meaningful change grows from trust, connection and feeling genuinely understood.

  4. 04

    Dignity, always.

Whatever the setting, every person deserves to be treated with humanity, respect and worth.

Isabelle Anastasi

Founder of Serenita, Warranted Counsellor

Serenita is founded by Isabelle Anastasi, a warranted counsellor, educator and trainer whose work has centred on supporting people across different stages of life.

Her background spans education, counselling and professional development, alongside ongoing postgraduate study in Business Psychology. This brings together an understanding of individuals with a growing organisational lens, exploring how people, relationships and the environments around them influence one another.

At the heart of Isabelle's work remains a simple belief: people deserve spaces where they can feel safe, understood and valued.
